Secondary Circle:

Secondary circle is the region of skilling/work locations that require public/private transport facility for the job seeker to commute to work every other day typically for a period of 1.5 hours one way.

Tertiary Circle:

Tertiary Employers are the ones whose work location mandates the job seeker to stay for a week or skills where migration to different states might also be required.
